By accessing or using Moon My Idea ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Moon My Idea. Your continued use of the Service after any modifications to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Description of Service

Moon My Idea is a personal journaling application that allows users to create, store, and manage journal entries. The Service includes features such as date-based diary entries, voice journaling, moon phase tracking, and an ideas vault.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

3. User Accounts

To access the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information.
• Keep your password secure and confidential.
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. Accounts created by individuals under 13 will be terminated upon discovery.

4. User Content

You retain full ownership of all journal entries, ideas, and other content you create within the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant Moon My Idea a limited, non-exclusive license solely to store and display your content to you as part of providing the Service.

We will never sell, share, or use your User Content for advertising or any purpose other than providing and improving the Service.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit.
• Your content does not violate any third-party rights.
• Your content complies with these Terms and applicable law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its related systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Moon My Idea and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data — arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or £50, whichever is greater.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature within the app. Upon termination, all your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if continued access poses a risk to the Service or other users.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the effective date at the top of this page. For material changes, we may also send you an email notification.

Continued use of the Service after changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
